Ildikó Lőkös (HU)

Dramaturg at the Új Színház (New Theater. Budapest). Graduated at the University of Theatre and Film at dramaturge department. Nowadays she is working on a research as a DLA-candidate, the topic is why the drama disappears as a genre from the theater, and what kind of text appears insted of it. She has been worked all kinds of theatrical performances, using traditional and non dramatic texts also. She is one of the organizers of the „Nyílt Fórum” (Open Forum) which is care of the unexhibited young contemporary dramas. She is the preparatory of the prize of the dramaturge guild, The Season’s Best Hungarian Drama Award, she is the professional consultant of the creator competition of the theatrical college of National Cultural Fund of Hungary. Occasionally she teaches history of drama and dramaturgie. She is the associate-president of the Theatrical Guild of Dramaturges. She is writing interviews, monographs, editing textbooks.
